Shipping Policy

1. Order Confirmation:

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Shipping Timeline:

• Standard delivery takes 2–3 weeks from the order date.
• If there are any delays, you will be notified via WhatsApp or SMS.

3. Readystock Items:

• Orders containing readystock items will be dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD):

• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
• We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
• If a parcel is returned, customers will bear the additional shipping cost for resending.

6. Express Delivery:

• Express delivery services are available upon request at an additional charge.

7. Unforeseen Circumstances:

• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., logistics disruptions, weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.).
• We will keep you updated in the event of any unexpected delays.
