Return & Exchange Policy
1. No Returns / Refunds:
- We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed, except in cases of
defective or wrong items received.
2. Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items sent by us.
- Items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags
and packaging intact.
3. Reporting an Issue:
- Any issues (defective/wrong item) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving
your order via WhatsApp or Email with supporting pictures/videos.
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for exchange.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are strictly non-exchangeable.
- For hygiene reasons, jewelry and accessories cannot be exchanged.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when sending items back for
exchange.
- Replacement items will be shipped only after the returned product is received and
verified.
6. Final Decision:
- AKollections reserves the right to reject any exchange if the returned item does not
meet
the required conditions.
- Our decision on exchanges is final and binding.
